David Brenner has been practicing law for almost 25 years. He is an experienced litigator in various areas of civil practice, with an emphasis on mesothelioma and asbestos cases. Attorney Edward M. Nass
Edward M. Attorney Richard P. Hackman
Richard P. Hackman has been practicing law for over 30 years. He is an experienced trial attorney who has won substantial jury verdicts for clients in complex litigation during his 20 years of practice with Howard, Brenner and Nass, P.C. He once served as the Staff Judge Advocate for the Pennsylvania Army National Guard and now handles VA claims and other military legal matters in addition to his other practice areas.
Attorney Michael A. Cancelliere, Jr.
Michael Cancelliere is an experienced litigator and trial attorney, with 27 years of total legal experience. During his career, Michael has represented plaintiffs in very complex cases, including a victim of the tragic collapse of Pier 34 in Philadelphia. He has had jury trials in numerous counties throughout the Philadelphia area and has obtained substantial verdicts for his clients.
Michael A. Rowe
Michael joined the firm as an Associate in November of 2000. Michael’s practice focuses on a variety of litigation matters, including asbestos law, products liability law, personal injury law, and appellate work.
