Biography
David Brenner has been practicing law for almost 25 years. He began working as a law clerk at the Law Offices of George W. Howard, III in 1984. He has continued as an attorney and ultimately shareholder of its successor firm Howard, Brenner & Nass, P.C.
Mr. Brenner is an experienced litigator in various areas of civil practice with an emphasis on mesothelioma and asbestos cases. His most recent emphasis has been on the negotiation of asbestos cases and other forms of litigation. He prides himself on obtaining the highest values for the claims of his clients.
Mr. Brenner serves as a Judge Pro Tempore in the Dispute Resolution Center of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. He also serves as a compulsory arbitrator in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County and the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County.
Mr. Brenner is extremely active in community organizations, including serving as a youth wrestling coach and little league coach. He serves as a PIAA wrestling official. Mr. Brenner is active in the local YMCA, having served on both the operating board and the foundation board of the Community YMCA of Eastern Delaware County. Mr. Brenner is a devoted handball player.
Mr. Brenner is married with 4 children.
